STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. 1. Service Execution & Government Liability

    • Nature of Service: TSD acts as a professional facilitator for government-related registrations (GST, FSSAI, MSME, etc.). We process applications based on current government guidelines.

    • Government Decisions: TSD is not responsible for any faults, errors, or rejections issued by government departments. Final approval of any certificate rests solely with the respective government authorities.

    • Queries & Support: We provide full professional support to resolve queries. However, if the government requests additional documentation or information, the responsibility lies with the client to provide it promptly.

    2. 2. Payment & No-Refund Policy

    • Service Charges: Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the service charge is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • Advance Payment: For all digital services and hardware orders (NFC Cards), 100% advance payment is required to initiate the process.

    3. 3. NFC Business Cards & Hardware

    • Design Confirmation: Once a client confirms the digital design and the card is sent for printing, no changes or modifications can be made.

    • Refunds: Due to the customized nature of NFC products, no refunds will be issued once production begins.

    • Shipping: TSD offers Free Shipping across India. While we ensure timely dispatch, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

    4. 4. Client Responsibilities

    • Documentation: The client is responsible for the authenticity of the documents provided. TSD will not be liable for legal consequences arising from fraudulent or incorrect information supplied by the client.

    • Fees: Any additional government penalties or unexpected official fees arising during the process must be borne by the client.

    5. 5. Force Majeure

    TSD shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from technical glitches on government portals, internet outages, or changes in government laws.

    6. Jurisdiction

    Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
