By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.
1. Professional & Government Services (GST, MSME, FSSAI, etc.)
Non-Refundable Fees: Once the service process has initiated and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Additional Work & Charges: During government processing, if additional tasks arise that were not part of the initial scope (e.g., procurement of Digital Signature/DSC, Affidavits, or additional filings), the client is liable to pay extra charges.
Client Cooperation: TSD is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or government rejections caused by the client’s failure to provide documents or OTPs on time. In such cases, service fees remain non-refundable.
Government Authority: Final approval of licenses and certificates rests with government officials. TSD provides support but is not liable for government-imposed queries or rejections.
2. Physical Products (NFC Business Cards & Hardware)
Design Confirmation: Once the digital design is confirmed by the client and sent for printing, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.
Physical Damage: Any damage caused by the user or physical wear and tear is not covered. We only address genuine manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery with video proof.
60% Restocking & Service Fee: If a refund is approved by the company under exceptional circumstances, please note that 60% of the total order value (covering design labor, handling, and taxes) is strictly non-refundable.
Excluded Costs: Shipping charges, handling fees, or any additional transaction taxes paid during the purchase are non-refundable.
3. Shipping & Replacement
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India.
Replacements: Replacements are only issued if the product has a verified manufacturing defect. The decision to provide a replacement or a partial refund rests solely with the company.
4. Company Sovereignty
Final Decision: TSD reserves the exclusive right to determine the eligibility of a refund. The company will calculate deductions for designing and operational costs before processing any approved refund. The final authority on all refund-related disputes remains with Technical Skills Dharmil.
